Mystic Aquarium

Amanda and Chris took Gabriel to the aquarium the other day and he loved it. He really enjoys the tank we have and loves feeding the fish so we figured he'd have a ball at the aquarium and we were right.

Another Perfect Day!

Our friend Joyce invited us all to the Masonic Park (you have to be a member of the Masons to be able to go there) on Monday -VJ Day, only celebrated in RI :-) It was beautiful. The park is located right on the water so we were able to watch all the boats going by and enjoy the cooling breeze (it was in the 90's and very humid) as we swam in the pool. We also had a delicious picnic in the shade of some huge oak trees. Joe and Joyce did all the cooking and we can't thank them enough, everything was excellent!!! Thank you again Joyce for inviting us it was a perfect day. We certainly have some great friends!

Great food now time for a nap!

My Two Guys

We had a little picnic at the Beavertail Lighthouse in Narragansett a couple of weeks ago (thanks Joe and Michael for providing the picnic). It's so beautiful there. I took this great picture of Paul and Gabriel and just had to share it. No doubt Paul was telling Gabriel all about the lighthouse or a boat or a bird or just the clouds floating by, he really is such a good listener.

Beach Tailgating

Beach tailgating.....this was so much fun. We've driven out on to the beach at the Cape but we've never done this before. We put up a tent...hooked up the grill....gased up the coleman stove and spent the whole day. Joe got there about 8:00 to set up (people were in line at 5:00 a.m. waiting for the gates to open) and he got a great spot with a perfect view of the water and right by the path to get down to the beach. He use to do this all the time with his family so it was a great trip down memory lane for him and great fun for all of us making new memories. We really do have some great friends....Thanks Joe for all you did for our great adventure!
