And
was it ever a shower! I planned to have the shower in the yard but we had to go to plan B when we got rained out, it poured all day!! but it was still alot of fun. We cleared the living room out of all the furniture and turned it into a little jungle. My wonderful husband and friends ran the whole thing. Joyce cooked, Joe and Michael set everything up and served all day and Paul ran the omelet station (it was a brunch). They even cleaned up :-) Everyone thought I hired a caterer. Rayna was surprised and had a great time visiting with all her friends, she got some great things too. A good start for all they'll need for my new little grandson.

North Conway, NH
We went to NH last week with Joe and Michael......what a perfect week!!! Every day was sunny and the temp. was perfect. We had a great time being tourist and just hanging around the pool. Paul and I were able to get a couple of days in on the bike, perfect weather for riding :-) The leaves have started to change up there already so we had the benefit of both seasons - warm summer days and beautiful fall colors. It was a great week that went by to fast and as usual we had a great time with great friends.
Castle in the Clouds
This was beautiful. The castle is located in the Ossipee Mtns. and was built in 1913 using the granite from the mountains it was built on. Paul was amazed at the bathrooms - they had showers that looked like the spa's we have today. They had so many other conveniences that you would think the place was built much later that it was. It was an incredible place and what a view!!

So Strange!
Hurricane Bob
The hurricane didn't effect the weather but it sure did make some big waves. This was low tide, high tide covered the whole beach and moved so much sand that it covered 7 of the 10 steps to get down onto the beach and it covered 4ft. of the sign post.
Supper On The Beach
We drove out on Nauset beach for a sunset supper. The water was beautiful and the sunset was even better. Good job cooking Paulie, not a bit of sand was added :-)
